Dave Petti

Founder & CEO

Dave Petti is the Founder and CEO of Turf Pride Lawn Care, a family-owned lawn care company proudly serving Northeast Ohio since 2002. With a commitment to integrity, exceptional service, and community values, Dave has grown Turf Pride from a one-truck start-up into a multi-million-dollar organization with a reputation for premium results and five-star customer experiences.

Under Dave’s leadership, Turf Pride has earned hundreds of five-star reviews, built a loyal local customer base, and established a culture centered around teamwork, training, and support. He is passionate about developing strong leaders, treating employees like family, and continuously improving systems and processes to deliver industry-leading service.

Dave is deeply involved in the local business community, including the Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where he continues to collaborate with and learn from other entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, supporting local community initiatives, and inspiring the next generation of leaders in lawn care and small business.

Jamie Petti

Office Manager

Jamie Petti is the Office Manager at Turf Pride Lawn Care and the welcoming voice and smile behind our customer experience. Since launching Turf Pride in 2002 alongside her husband Dave, Jamie has been dedicated to creating a friendly, family-centered company where customers feel genuinely cared for and employees feel valued.

Jamie handles customer support, office coordination, and day-to-day operations — always making sure our customers are treated with kindness, respect, and personal attention. She loves building relationships with homeowners and making the Turf Pride experience feel easy and enjoyable from the first phone call to the final application.

Family is at the heart of Turf Pride, and Jamie takes great pride in working alongside her loved ones. She is a proud mom of two grown children — one of whom works here at Turf Pride — and her daughter-in-law is part of our customer service team as well. When she isn’t at the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at home with her two cats.

For Jamie, Turf Pride isn’t just a business — it’s a family, a community, and something she’s incredibly proud to help build every day.

Caleb Petti

Quality Control Manager

Caleb Petti is a Lawn Specialist at Turf Pride Lawn Care, where he also leads marketing initiatives and oversees quality control to ensure exceptional results for clients. A proud graduate of Kent State University, Caleb holds a degree in Marketing and Sales with minors in Management and Finance giving him a unique blend of business and operational expertise.

Caleb’s journey with Turf Pride began in 2019 as a part-time team member, and in 2022, he transitioned to a full-time role. Since then, he has been dedicated to delivering top-tier lawn care services while driving company growth through innovative marketing strategies and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his two cats and his dog, playing sports with friends, and cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams. As a passionate sports fan, he loves following the Browns, Buckeyes, and Cavaliers whenever he can.

Charity A.

HR Manager

Charity has been working in a Human Resource position for over 20 years, with the last 4 being with Turf Pride Lawncare. She is a natural encourager with a hint of sarcasm always underlying in everything she does. Her goal is to bring out the best in others, and she recognizes that sometimes that involves helping others improve their performance. While she’s not a doctor, she believes that laughter is the best medicine and her witty sarcasm helps lighten up the office.

Charity is also always cold. Even when our summer temperatures reach into the 90’s you can find Charity in her office with her heater on. There’s nothing the technicians love more than coming into the office after being outside in the heat and finding her in the “sauna” temperature her office is kept at. They show their appreciation by leaving small gifts, like bugs in bags on her desk.

With a lifelong love of wildlife, he earned a Biology degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, originally planning a career as a park ranger. After exploring opportunities with the Department of the Interior, he chose a more immediate career path and entered the lawn care industry in 1996 after moving from the Pittsburgh area to Northeast Ohio.

His perspective shifted in 2019, when he joined Turf Pride and discovered the impact of working for a family-owned company focused on customer service and premium results. He values building personal relationships with clients, many of whom know him by name, and takes pride in listening, educating, and showing empathy.

At Turf Pride, he applies his deep botanical knowledge to every aspect of a property, mentoring specialists and helping clients transform stressed lawns and landscapes into healthy, beautiful spaces. The opportunity to teach, support, and see results firsthand is what makes his work truly rewarding.

Shae has been with Turf Pride Lawn Care for 6 years. Earning her applicators license has only improved Shae’s understanding of the services we provide which in turn, helps clients with any questions they may have regarding their applications and experience with Turf Pride. Shae is dedicated to ensuring good communication throughout the company to elevate the customer experience.

Nothing is more important to Shae than quality time with her friends and family. In her free time, Shae enjoys spending time with her dog, Roman, and two cats, Leo and Evie. She recently began playing volleyball on a recreational team, and she loves to host sessions of Dungeons and Dragons with her friends, as well as other game nights.

Caleb is a Senior Lawn Care Specialist at Turf Pride Lawn Care, where he’s developed skills in turf health, treatment applications, and property care. Over the years, He’s built strong knowledge not only in the field but also within the office and shop operations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality service. His attention to detail allows him to identify issues early, apply precise solutions, and produce results that stand out season after
season. Lawn care isn’t just a profession — it’s something Caleb genuinely enjoys both on and off the job. He takes pride in helping customers achieve healthy, vibrant lawns they can feel confident about. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys making music, golfing, and spending quality time with his family, which keeps him grounded and motivated to bring his best every day.

Sean Colie joined the team early in 2022 as a lawn technician, bringing a strong foundation of field experience and customer-focused service to his work. Over the years, he has developed extensive hands-on knowledge in turf health, lawn diagnostics, and preventative care. He is recognized for his attention to detail, consistency, and ability to identify and address lawn issues efficiently. Sean takes pride in delivering dependable results, maintaining clear communication with customers, and upholding high standards on every property he services. His approach to work emphasizes reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Earlier in his career, Sean spent time serving in the United States Air Force, where he built accountability and a team-first mindset that continues to influence his professional approach today.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through walking, lifting weights, and mountain biking. These activities help him stay energized, focused, and motivated both on and off the job.

Licensed Lawn Specialist

Christy is currently our only female, licensed lawncare specialist at Turf Pride. She is also one of our top producers. She is focused on watching the lawns progress over time and putting in the care needed to create the results she and her customers can be proud of. She has been treating lawns since 2022. Some fun facts about Christy are that she enjoys concerts, spending time with her family, and pets. She holds many licenses including cosmetology, bar tending, and scuba diving.

Jeremy has been with Turf Pride since the beginning of the 2023 lawn season. You might recognize him as he spent many years previously working for the United States Postal Service delivering mail to some of the same customers he now services in his lawn care route. Jeremy is a strong technician with a lot of lawn care knowledge. On his personal time, Jeremy enjoys a lot of outdoor activities including golf, disc golf, and camping.

He has over 10 years of lawn care experience including residential and commercial landscaping and has been a licensed chemical applicator for 3 years. In his spare time Tony likes to play trivia games, spend time with friends and family, and is an aspiring blacksmith.

Jake started at Turf Pride in 2024 as a lawn technician. After a season of treating lawns and gaining valuable in-field experience, he transitioned into a sales/customer service role. He is constantly looking to grow his lawn care expertise. Jake excels at answering lawn care/pest control related questions and solving any problem that may arise; he loves nothing more than a happy customer! Outside of work, Jake enjoys exercising and playing sports as well as spending time with his family, friends, and cat.

Alec is a third-year lawn technician at Turf Pride, with previous experience in golf course management. He received his pest/lawn applicator license in his first year with Turf Pride and has continued to strive to become more knowledgeable about the expertise. Customer focus and integrity of service are major priorities for him as shown in his commitment and care to each property. When Alec is away from the job, he can likely be found teaching drums/percussion or playing an assortment of sports.

Tyler is a field technician here at Turf Pride Lawn Care. Tyler is one of our newer team members as he started with us in the fall of 2025. He spent his time in your lawns and developed into an experienced aerator. This season he is pursuing his lawn care applicator license to further his knowledge and abilities. Outside of work he enjoys sports and time with family and friends.
